Qualifications:
18 Years of age or older, high school diploma or GED equivalent, 2+ years of experience working in fields related to building maintenance/repairs preferred, emergency service facilities maintenance preferred, emergency service logistical experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on department facilities, grounds, and building systems. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, welding, and general building components. Maintain records, work orders, inventories, and equipment documentation. Order materials, supplies, and equipment for maintenance projects. Support maintenance and the construction of training facilities, props, department buildings and grounds.
