Qualifications:
The candidate must be able to meet all physical requirements of the position and effectively follow directions and instructions. The standard work schedule is 40 hours per week, typically from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, schedules may vary based on business needs. Scheduled on-call work may also be required. This position requires a valid HVAC Certification and Pool Maintenance Certification. Employees must adhere to all safety requirements, including wearing a back-support belt and gloves when specific tasks warrant their use. Appropriate footwear is also required at all times. Non-flat-bottom shoes must be worn, and flat-bottom sneakers are not permitted to ensure workplace safety.
