The City of Conroe and the Conroe Economic Development Council (CEDC) are dedicated to ensuring the success of all businesses that locate here. One of the many ways the CEDC and our great state help with this is by the robust economic incentives we offer our clients.

We have several local incentives: Performance-Based Cash Incentive; Ad Valorem/Property Tax Abatement; Texas Enterprise Zone Program; Freeport Exemption; Foreign Trade Zone #265; and more! Texas also offers Conroe several state incentives such as the Texas Enterprise Fund, Skills Development Fund, and Self-Sufficiency Fund.
